This is a great event for family and friends. We’re celebrating 25 years of the Fairtrade logo by having a day’s event at the Friends Meeting House in central Brighton.
There will be stalls selling a wonderful mix of handcrafted items including jewellery, clothing, accessories and homeware from at least sixteen developing countries including: Botswana, Chile, Guatemala, Kenya, India, Mexico, Nepal, Rwanda, Peru, Zimbabwe and more. Solve your Christmas shopping conundrums in one joyful go with unique, artisan made gifts.
Come and see our quilt exhibition – made by a women’s charity in North India.
MADE51 who work with refugee groups in Africa, Asia and South America will also be showcasing their Christmas ornament range. You can challenge your knowledge of things fair with our quizzes and games and join in with some of our free taster activities in The Side Room:
11.00 – 12.15 Yoga for the Voice
12.15 – 1.00 Card making
1.00 – 2.00 What is Energy Medicine
