We are delighted to confirm Amelie’s winning entry to Fairtrade Brighton and Hove Bake Off 2021. The judges were blown away by her knowledge and representation of Fairtrade Values in the cake. It was therefore a unanimous decision to crown Amelie our 2021 ‘star baker’!
